3.1 Technical decision-support tool: Nynexium is strictly an integrated enterprise resource planning and workflow automation software (ERP/CRM). It offers lending calculators, debt capacity models, OCR tools, and regulatory templates.

3.2 Absence of brokerage license: Under no circumstance shall the provision of Nynexium software be construed as credit intermediation, insurance brokerage, or wealth advisory services.

3.3 Exclusive liability of the subscriber firm: The subscribing firm remains the sole debtor of transparency and duty-of-advice obligations toward borrowers (under applicable credit and insurance distribution directives).

All components of the Nynexium platform (trademarks, software interfaces, source code, database architectures, algorithmic models, graphics, and text) are the exclusive property of Nynexium SAS.

Any reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized extraction, or distribution without prior written permission from Nynexium SAS is strictly prohibited.

In adherence to professional and banking secrecy standards, Nynexium enforces strict logical and cryptographic segregation preventing unauthorized access to client files.

Nynexium SAS never monetizes, resells, or exploits financial, tax, or personal information hosted on the platform. The subscribing firm retains sole ownership of its entire database.

Nynexium SAS is bound by an obligation of best endeavors (obligation de moyens) regarding SaaS availability. It shall not be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or bank loan rejections.

Should liability be established by a competent court, total damages payable by Nynexium SAS shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the subscriber during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

This legal notice is governed exclusively by the laws of France.

Failing amicable settlement within thirty (30) days of formal notice, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred upon the competent courts of the Paris Court of Appeal jurisdiction.
